OVERVIEW:
Unfortunately we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, however, if your item is damaged due to shipping or defectiveness we can issue you an approved store credit. Once an item is worn and/or removed from original packaging, it will not be accepted for a return. Send us a photo of the damaged item within 3 (three) days upon receipt for review, please accompany by proof of purchase.
To start a store credit, email us at info@reaccessorize-byrenee.com to begin process. If your store credit is accepted, we’ll notify you of the dollar amount. Credit must be used on your next purchase.
